I keep getting a message saying "Chat Paused". I have gotten it in both paid & free chat.

Same. You have to click for the new chat below. I don't understand why. It kind of disrupts private shows when I have to move it back down.

I tried both 4K and 1440. My stream looked smooth on my end but I did notice more disconnects on the customer's end.

1080p and 30fps works best in my experience. I would rather not see myself that clearly anyway. lol

this week on SMMM is awful!!! well i made a nice weekly on SC but SM wow never earnt so little

i think that so far seems i did half of what usually i do! hopefully cam god! pleaseee

Facts! This has been my worst contest week so far, they bundled up contest and made it seem like it’s a good thing but there’s no traffic and my regulars seemed to disappear this week too. Smh.

Facts! This has been my worst contest week so far, they bundled up contest and made it seem like it’s a good thing but there’s no traffic and my regulars seemed to disappear this week too. Smh.

agreed...with all the 25%, 25 hour, 10 hour, ranking prize buckets all slapped up at the same time, sitting at about 60% of earnings being bonus stuff to put me at a normal income week ...under 5 hours to go to hit 25 hours for me

Smh it’s a Hot ass mess I don’t think I’ve been in one good mood this whole week. I usually do really well to so it’s seriously something wrong with the site.

I've had several people tell me they can't hear me tonight. When I check myself, I seem fine. But one guy couldn't hear me in exclusive at first. When he left and came back, it was fine.

Is anyone else having trouble uploading videos to Streamate via the Media Manager? I had this issue months ago and gave up trying to upload videos. I tried again today and it's STILL not working?! I click on the upload button and it uploads maybe like 10 - 20% before the progress bar just disappears into oblivion. I feel like I'm going crazy

Yes! I have experienced it and it is annoying, especially when you have guys waiting on your videos.

@Esixxx helped me out with this. She told me it takes time and patience. If you walk away for awhile and come back it should work. You will probably need to refresh at that point. I hope it works for you.
