Stripperweb Is Closing After 20 Years

Here's the final message from the mod lounge.

I'm not sure I ever saw that user post the entire time I was on there, but I didn't live on the forum.

I completely missed the notice that it was closing until I went on today & couldn't get on & then did a search to see if it was just me or it was down for everyone & then I read the article on Tech Crunch. SMH

I have my theories as to why it closed, but of course, no proof.

Thanks for re-opening this forum & all of your hard work.

I can't believe it's closing. I retired from camming when my writing started bringing in more money, but I still do PSO occasionally. I can't believe they're closing but I'm so glad that there is an attempt to preserve the wisdom of Stripperweb. I've seen too many sites with too much valuable info vanish over the years. It's a shame.

What kind of writing do you do?

PhatGirl, thank you so much for giving us a new home! I'm super late to finding out SW closed, but I hope to see all my old comrades on here!

I'll likely be in the mainstream threads since vanilla is what I do now. SW was always my go-to for WAH and entrepreneurial ideals.

Do we need a Ladies Only thread anymore? Hopefully not since this is a woman safe space!
