Yea I’m beyond annoyed at this point. I’ll stay on but sound is off. I’d they don’t tip I kick and block no explaining.

Is anyone else having to retake the thumbnail after they refresh their stream?

Edit: I just saw the strangest thing on my chat. There was a "chat paused" with an icon when I went to make my font bigger.

I don't know that you're missing much Seashell. With everyone else who responded I'm same as you just trying to push through the hours. But honestly I think so far it's the deadest week I've ever had. Holding out hope though. It's only Tuesday. I feel like contest weeks are either good or dire. There's no in between :'). But we will push through ladies! Every little counts.

I don't know if this feature has been here for a while. I just checked out the "My Posts" section and it gives you a break down of the open rate- paid mass messages, the post, and what was charged.

out of curiosity, does anyone know how high the camera resolution will go in the smconnect screen? e.g. your camera is capable of 4k does it show it?

i set up my gopro as a cam and it does 4k...i'm wondering if it's highest resolution as a webcam or if leaving it at 1920x1080 is good enough

I keep getting a message saying "Chat Paused". I have gotten it in both paid & free chat.

It'll show in the Streamate connect but streaming that high could potentially prevent customers from staying in your room. Most devices and data plans can't watch 4k streams without buffering and disconnects. Something else I'm not sure about is if SM will fully transmit streams in 4k? Just because it's showing 2160p that doesn't mean that's the quality on the customers end. That would be incredibly generous of them to allow each room to use that much bandwidth. Now I'm curious to find out.

I tried both 4K and 1440. My stream looked smooth on my end but I did notice more disconnects on the customer's end.

1080p and 30fps works best in my experience. I would rather not see myself that clearly anyway. lol
