I've had bitrate issues for a week now. Previously it would settle at around 3.60 and 1080p within the first 30 seconds. Now it bounces up and down for the first 20 minutes even when I'm not splitcamming. This morning I had to restart twice because my audio was dropping out when the bitrate got stuck at 1.50.

That agreement popped up again for me this afternoon- I wonder if that is what is causing the glitches today?

Finally I got those agreement to sign, hope after this will be more stabile traffic.
