omg i just read that you can braid your hair without elastics by letting the bottom of the braid tangle up in itself because it's actually creating a mirror of the braid below AND when it meets in the middle, you flip the braid inside out and VOILAHHHHHHHH! mindblown 
what a game changer for my white baby hairs along my forehead that like to stick out like einstein! now they look all cool and styled...totally want to give some of those viking-esque braid styles a try now

Often, I prep ingredients for dinner before work so that it's basically heat-and-go afterwards when I am tired. Usually this is an excellent idea. Today, I'm making air fried cauliflower tacos with a jalapeno/red onion/cabbage slaw.
I prepped the jalapenos hours ago. I have washed my hands at least three times since then. I thought I would be fine to do shows. I was wrong. It's not painful, but it was a deeply unpleasant burn-y surprise.
May the cam goddesses smile upon you today as they have not smiled upon me.

I'm sure we have all been here. You're sick and you are fighting the urge to work but your body is saying to rest. I think rest is the best choice.
