It's her house. We just live in it! Two nights ago I discovered that she talks in her sleep. It's the cutest thing ever.

@EtherealMOD YES and Trader Hoes! This is why I do all my errands super early, senior hours to avoid the fuckery but it's not always possible. Fuckboys in my town must be on call 24/7, lmao.
How's the cat adjusting?

How's the cat adjusting?
They're both doing well but unfortunately our lost cat is recovering from surgery and she's a little skittish. I don't like to think about what she went through while she was gone. She's getting along with the rescue kitty very well, but she doesn't have much energy at the moment. The vet that called us was so nice and didn't charge us for the procedure. He had already made up his mind to help her before contacting us. The folks who had her literally abandoned her at the vet. They told the vet they were going to the car to get their wallet and then drove off.
We're just happy to have her back. Life is so strange. In one month I lost two pets and then gained two more.
