So in the last 1-2 months now I have no longer been getting ding notifications when I get messages, texts, & sometimes even calls, on my computers. That's one laptop with Win 10, & one desktop with Win 7.
That's for:
1. SextPanther
2. TTM
For SextPanther, I'm sometimes getting notifications on my cell, but it's a hit or miss now whereas before I'd always get them. Both texts & calls I haven't heard many times.
TTM, no notification ding for messages & texts, but the odd time I get them. I don't have it on my cell, so I don't expect anything from that.
This has been a problem in the past with TTM (not SP), but it's now way worse to the point where I'm losing money because I don't know they have messaged me.
SP wants me to reinstall the app. I have to wait until my website coder can help me. That doesn't explain why both sites all of a sudden aren't notifying me almost all the time.
I'm more interested in the computer issues. Anyone else?
Also, SextPanther has recently had time stamp issues. All of a sudden the time the guy messages me is off by 2 hours. They told me to set it to my time zone (I don't think they account for daylight savings time) which I did, which made it even WORSE. It changed it, but then when I would get a message, it would show the right time, then within 20+ secs it would show it 2 or more hours off again. I can only tell the REAL time because of the email notification.
I also had issues logging in on SextPanther last week where it says I didn't do the captcha & yet there is NO captcha. That was both on Brave & Chrome, but only on Win 10.
And SextPanther ignored that email and when I brought it up in the time stamp ticket, they haven't gotten back to me since the 4th.
I'm not saying SP is great with customer service since I rarely contact them, but if memory serves, they always respond back.
TTM still gets back to me quickly 99% of the time, but I'm concerned that with ALL of these new bugs (I mentioned them in another thread in that forum), and today I got a 503 error, plus the site has been slow to load in the past week or so, that there's major problems there. They could have been hacked to bring them down so we can't make money.
They've always had bugs, but usually they get them fixed within 1-2 weeks & it's been over a month now, maybe longer. The other thread details how bad that one bug is. I think they may have gotten it fixed, but it's hard to tell because the other day it wasn't fixed.
LMK if you are experiencing similar or new bugs & on which device & when did it start.
