TONS of BUGS

Are you guys having the same bugs I've been encountering for weeks now & they still haven't fixed them???

I'm on a computer.

1. The timer says I'm on for 2 hours when it's been 7 mins. etc. They still haven't fixed it.

2. I turn myself off & it turns me back on & I remember this bug from a couple of years ago. I thought it was only doing it with this one guy twice, & thank gawd I was still around my desk to take the call, but then it did it again after I went to SLEEP.

I even provided a screenshot that the popup showed there was time spent on the call, well how can there be time spent on a call when there was NO CALL??? There was even an error message.

All they said was that I have to do extra WORK making sure all my tabs say I'm signed out. Yeh right. I don't have time for that, & I'll forget which I have.

Then they said tell us if it happens again.

It's already happened 4 times. While I didn't mention one instance b/c I thought it was me & I forgot to turn myself off, even if I tell them about 3 other times, that should suffice.

3. The reviews don't show up. Did you know that the guys can hide reviews? Why not just remove the Review button if you are going to do that instead of making us wonder, but the first time it happened & reported it, he hadn't hid his reviews b/c they said they could see them, so that was definitely a BUG.

The 2nd time they reminded me that the guy can turn it off. I missed that part of their email.

4. In the notes & texting area we were getting TONS of characters in between the letters of a word. They fixed that, but after that happened everything else started to break.

5. At one point I wasn't getting emails when there were messages being sent & they said if I'm on the site or that page (I don't remember which) I won't receive them. I've NEVER had that happen before & suddenly I'm back to getting all emails.

6. Half the time now I don't hear the ding when someone messages or texts me. That's been a bug in the past, but I'm pretty sure it's more frequent now.

7. A guy couldn't find the messaging area so I lost the call. I even told him it should be at the top & they said that's where it should be or at the bottom (he was on the computer & I think the bottom if for cell ) so how come he couldn't find it? Everyone else does. It could have just been him & that's what I thought initially, except all of these HUGE bugs are showing up now, so who knows.

No one?

I'm starting to think that they are ripping us off on minutes because I sometimes get 1 min. less then what it shows on the popup or even on the top nav vs the account history.

And it's been over a month now since I reported it & they know about it.
