NiteFlirt has made the difficult decision to no longer permit any AI-generated content on Listings, in Feeds, or for sale in Goodies and Mail, for the foreseeable future.

We understand that this news may be disappointing, especially considering the creativity and excitement many of you have brought to your content using AI. However, compliance with age verification laws, consent requirements, and other industry regulations presents significant challenges when it comes to ensuring that AI-generated content adheres to these standards.

In order to protect NiteFlirt, we are compelled to discontinue the allowance of AI-generated images and videos.

We recognize the potential value that AI technology holds for your businesses, and we remain hopeful that advancements in technology may enable us to revisit this decision in the future.
If you are currently using AI-generated content on your account, we kindly request that you remove it as soon as possible to avoid action taken on your account.

If these are the issues, ie age/consent of the model, it seems the problem is more about a pic getting through that is of a young/non-consenting model? Not so much that the ai model might look young? It seems like that should be some way to verify that it’s ai. Or is it also that there’s a problem with having a pic that looks like it’s subject is a young person?

The problem is that there is no way to prove an AI generated model was 18 or older when the content was created.
There are ways to tell if an image is AI-generated which we will be utilizing to moderate content.

I got bored the other day and made a half-assed one just to try it out with no photo at all.

Over the last 24 hours I decided to read up on AI content and I learned that it derives from real life people. I don't know what I thought beforehand? I never really thought about how the content I created was based on a real person.

I only have one account using AI and to be honest it's not doing very well. I have 1000s on my customer list but I also changed the theme of my character and they don't seem that into it. LMAO NF got a bunch of p3dos on that site. That particular account has been dormant for several years because I just couldn't do barely legal calls anymore. I thought working with AI content would help revitalize the account. Oh well I will try again.

The real question going forward is will Niteflirt mandate 2257 records and KYC documents? Too many flirts are celebrating the end of AI content and I find that to be interesting because many of them would be in shambles if NF did a sweep. I know damn well Britney Spears, Vivica Fox and all those IG influencers aren't using Niteflirt.

I just created a brand new Account using cartoon type content and it was approved. It's obviously a cartoon character and not AI trying to emulate a REAL person.

So many flirts on Niteflirt are capping for them, saying it's because of credit card regulations. Naw it's because the AI accounts were janky af.
